Clearbooks provides bookkeeping services to sole traders and small businesses in Manchester. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer a Monthly Bookkeeping Retainer. All services are provided by Aisha Rahman.

3. Prices and Payment

Our current pricing is as follows:

• Monthly Bookkeeping Retainer: £150.00 per month (subscription).

Payments for subscriptions are processed automatically via our secure checkout. For bespoke work, we will email you a quote which you can accept and pay for online.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your Monthly Bookkeeping Retainer at any time. Please provide notice before your next billing cycle. To manage or cancel your subscription, please contact us via our support form and we will assist you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate and timely information required for your bookkeeping. We are not responsible for penalties arising from inaccurate or late information provided by you.

6. Liability

Clearbooks is not liable for any tax penalties or interest charges incurred by the client. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided.
